Times of fear, worry and anxiety are very common for those of us who live in the earth today. Of course, that’s everyone, isn’t it? Yet there are enough “fear not” verses in the Bible to reassure us that God’s got this, whatever the “this” is that you might be going through right now. If God were able to sit you down today and have a talk with you, to let you know that everything is going to be alright, it might go something like this…
My Child, I see the weight you’ve been carrying — the quiet worries, the unspoken fears, the moments when your strength feels thin. You don’t have to hold all of that by yourself. I am right here with you, closer than your breath, steadying you with My Presence that never wavers.
Do not let fear convince you that you are alone. You are not walking into the unknown without Me. I am your God — the One who knows what is ahead, the One who goes before you, the One who stands beside you. When your heart feels unsettled or your thoughts begin to race, come back to this truth: I am with you, and I am not leaving.
I am the One who strengthens you. You do not have to manufacture courage or pretend to be unshaken. I give you the strength you need for this moment, and I will give you the strength you need for the next one too. When you feel overwhelmed, I am your help. When you feel unsure, I am your stability. When you feel like you might fall, My righteous right hand is already holding you up.
Nothing you face today is bigger than My ability to carry you through it. Nothing surprises Me. Nothing threatens My plans for your life. You can breathe, rest, and release your grip on the things you cannot control. I am holding you, supporting you, and surrounding you with My power and My peace.
So do not worry. You are not forgotten. You are not unprotected. You are not left to figure this out alone. I’ve got you — fully, completely, faithfully. And I will not let you go…

Prayer
Father, thank You for reminding me that I never walk into anything alone. When fear rises or my thoughts begin to spiral, help me return to the truth of Your presence. Strengthen me where I feel weak. Steady me where I feel unsure. Lift me when I feel like I’m slipping. Teach my heart to rest in the certainty that You are my God, and You are holding me with Your righteous right hand. I release every worry into Your care today, trusting that You will carry what I cannot.
