Give God a Call
Call to me and I will answer you. I'll tell you marvelous and wondrous things that you could never figure out on your own.

It’s nice to know that God listens to us when we pray. He warmly welcomes us into His Throne Room to chat with Him. He has ears that hear and a heart that understands. He knows what direction our lives need to travel. He knows what’s best for us. Today’s verse speaks very clearly to us, He answers as we call on Him. He says that we are supposed to call on Him, and then He assures us that He will answer. So, when we call on Him about those “marverlous and wondrous things” we wonder about, perhaps this is what He is saying to us as He answers our prayers…
My child, I never asked you to carry the weight of understanding everything. I never asked you to map out every outcome, predict every turn, or solve every uncertainty on your own. I simply asked you to call out to Me.
When I say, “Call to Me and I will answer you,” I am inviting you into a place where you don’t have to figure life out by yourself. You don’t have to strain to see what’s ahead or force understanding where none exists. I am the One who sees the whole picture. I am the One who knows what is hidden, what is coming, and what is needed.
You are not failing when you don’t know what to do. You are not behind because you can’t see the next step. You are not weak because you feel unsure. You are human—and I am God. Let that truth bring rest to your heart. Let me be the Father, the God, who answers when you call. The One who answers every need. The One who knows you best.
When you call to Me, I answer you with wisdom that rises above your understanding. I reveal the things you need to know at just the right time, in just the right way, and with the perfect grace for your season that only I can provide. I show you “great and unsearchable things”—not so you can take control, but so you can walk in trust. Trust me, my child. I am here for you.
You don’t have to try to figure everything out for yourself. You only have to reach for Me through a simple call. So, call on me. Draw near in prayer. Remember, when you draw near to me I will draw near to you. I will meet you in the midst of your uncertainty. I will guide you through the confusion. I will steady you when the path you’re walking on feels shaky. I will reveal what you need to know, when you need to know it. Always know that I want the very best for your life. So, call to Me. I am here. I am listening.
Prayer
Father, I come to You today to surrender the things I can’t sort out on my own. You see what I cannot see, and You understand what I cannot piece together. Teach my heart to rest in the simple truth that I don’t have to figure everything out by myself — I only have to call on You. When my thoughts feel tangled, give me a sense of Your leading. When my steps feel uncertain, steady me with Your presence. When I feel the pressure to solve what isn’t mine to solve, remind me that You hold every hidden thing and every future moment. Help me trust that You will show me what I need to know, when I need to know it. I place the unknowns in Your hands today. Thank You Father.
